Rev. Dr. John Nunes
Rev. Dr. John Nunes, a pastor within The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, currently serves as a senior fellow at the Center for Religion, Culture & Democracy. He is a former president of Concordia College New York and former president and CEO of Lutheran World Relief. He speaks and writes on diversity, vocation, and the intersection of theology and culture-topics that are included in his recently released Meant for More: In, With, and Under the Ordinary, from Concordia Publishing House (2020). Dr. Nunes is married to Monique Nunes, MA, director of diversity and student success coaching at Concordia University Irvine, California. They have six children and 12 grandchildren.
